Return/Refund Policy

All sales on MasterYourMagic.com or MasterYourMagicShop.com are final. This includes DVDs, Digital Downloads, Videos, access to members only areas and anything else that can be purchased on these websites.

If the item you receive is defective send a detailed email to mason@masteryourmagic.com describing what is wrong with the item within 30 days of your order and it will be replaced. Items that are reported defective more than 30 days after the order will not be replaced.

If you order an item and do not receive it within 2 weeks you are responsible for contacting us by emailing mason@masteryourmagic.com within 30 days of ordering the item and it will be reshipped. Items that are lost during shipping and not reported within 30 days of the order will not be replaced or refunded.
